A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER

A shared calendar for the rest of us

As a doctor and mom of three, I worked hard to build my ideal life. So why was I still struggling? I lacked the tools, resources and support I needed to manage the life I loved.

This was clearly a bigger problem. The modern era isn’t equipped to handle this influx of non-traditional families: working moms, co-parents, intergenerational families, same-sex parents, the list goes on. It was time to design a calendar for all of us.

Idly isn’t meant to be another productivity app—it’s designed to free your time. I’m so excited to launch this labor of love, and I hope you’ll help us continue to evolve our mission to support families like yours.

Idly [Eyed • lee]

Idle time is too often written off as needless, when in reality it’s a celebration of a life well-balanced. We help busy families coordinate their hectic lives so everyone can enjoy the art of leisure, too.
